Initial Assessment
Our services begin with a thorough evaluation of your cardiovascular health, including your medical history, cardiac risk factors, goals you want to achieve and current fitness levels through functional testing.
From this information we will gain insight into your individual cardiac profile allowing us to create an individualised and safe exercise plan to support your health goals. This includes options for in clinic sessions and home exercise programs.
You will be guided through your treatment plan in your next session.
1:1 Exercise Physiology
We offer 1:1 sessions designed to address your unique needs and goals.
Based on the information we gained from your initial assessment, you will be individually guided through a customised exercise program specifically tailored to your requirements. 1:1 exercise physiology not only provides tailored support but also invaluable opportunities for further education and assistance.

Small Group Exercise Physiology
Engage in our small group Cardiac Exercise Physiology sessions, where you'll complete your individualised program in a small group environment. Experience the advantages of group dynamics alongside individualised care as you work towards improving your heart health and fitness goals.
Classes have a maximum of 4 clients per class.

Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation is an eight week program for people who have had a recent hospital admission or are recovering from a cardiac event or procedure.
This program includes an initial and review consultation, exercise physiology, education and support.
Cardiac rehab is recommended to commence 2-8 weeks following hospital discharge.
Cardiac Rehab is essential to strengthen your heart and decrease risk of future hospital admissions. Cardiac Rehab is safe for people of all ages and fitness levels and will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
